Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by jen ellis designs as responsible for the personal information. The information you provide is only available to jen ellis designs and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request jen ellis designs to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the jen ellis designs Conditions, you agree to the above.
Payment
All products remain jen ellis designs property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order in CAD. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from jen ellis designs.
All transfers conducted through jen ellis designs are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Return policy
You are entitled to an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In the case of a return, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. All custom orders; including personalized metal stamping and specific ring sizes are not eligible for a return. Please email info@jenellisdesigns.com with return shipping information. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
Shipping
We hand make each piece to order. Please allow 3-5 days before your order is ready to ship. We will contact you if we cannot get your order out within this time frame. All orders are shipped regular mail with no tracking. If you would like tracking information or a faster shipping option, please email us and we will send you a quote. (usually the most you will pay is $15 for expedited shipping).
Local shipping (within Vancouver) usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. Shipping outside of BC can take anywhere from 5-15 business days. US shipping is out of our control as customs is involved and may hold packages for an undisclosed amount of time.

All pieces are made by hand in our Langley studio. There may be slight variations to the piece you receive, making your jewellery one-of-a-kind and unique. We inspect each piece before it leaves the studio, ensuring the utmost quality and care is taken before it is delivered.
